THE OBJECT:
The object of the Visitation Incentive Program is to increase the participation and attendance at Chapter's Meetings, Installations, Chevalier Degrees, and Legion of Honor Degrees by earning points.

THE RULES:

1. The points earned are the number of miles traveled to and from a DeMolay Chapter Meeting, Installation, or Degree. The minimum number of roundtrip miles is 10 (The points are earned individually). Mileage is calculated from temple to temple.

2. In order to receive points, you must visit these events with at least three (3) DeMolays and an Advisor. If your chapter cannot meet these qualifications, your Chapter Sweetheart or Princess may act as the 3rd person and may also receive points.

3. The mileage must be submitted on a V.I.P. form no later than 30 days after the event.

4. All forms MUST be complete to earn points.

5. In order to qualify for the Grand Prize, you must have obtained a minimum of 3,000 points.

THE PRIZES:
There are two ways you can win prizes with the V.I.P.:

1. Quarterly Winners: The individual that earns the highest number of points in one specific quarter receives that quarter's prize.

   1st quarter	Dec 1st - Feb 28th	Color Television Set
   2nd quarter	March 1st - May 31st	$50 Gas Card
   3rd quarter	June 1st - Aug 31st	2 NCDA Boat Dance Tickets
   4th quarter	Sept 1st - Oct 31st	Concert Tickets

   Chapter Level Prizes:
   

   1st half (Dec 1 - May 31)	Brand New Chapter Banner
   2nd half (June 1 - Oct 31)	Brand New Chapter Banner

2. Cumulative Winner: The individual that earns the highest number of points throughout the year receives the Grand Prize. . . FREE CONVENTION!!!
   

YOU ASK WHY?:
The Point of this program is to make DeMolay better in several ways:

• To increase brotherhood among chapters throughout Northern California.

• To give individual members of DeMolay an incentive to travel by offering fabulous prizes for their efforts.

• To develop a support system for chapters that need help and reward the people that help these chapters.

• To make Northern California DeMolay a stronger Jurisdiction by increasing the lines of communication between the chapters.

THE FORM:
Submit the mileage form within one (1) month after visiting a chapter to get your points!!
