Have you ever thought about the age spread of your Chapter?

The graph shows the number of members in your Chapter in each of the age groups from 12 to 20. The numbers below the graph will give you the number of members in each age category.

What does all this mean?

Many of our Chapters have very few members in the lower age range from 12-15. That means that if most of your members are older, then we really need to concentrate on bringing in younger members to ensure the future of DeMolay in Northern California!

As of September of 2006, 52% of the members in Northern California DeMolay are 18 or older! This means that our Chapters will be “aging” themselves out of existence in the next 2-3 years!

Take action NOW!!

Start thinking about this terrible trend and what you and your Chapter can do to stop it. The best way is to get out there are recruit more new members, especially younger members, so that your Chapter will be an active and growing organization for many years to come.
